How We Moderate
Content Reporting
Every listing and profile has a Report button. We review and act.
- Report spam, fraud, misleading content, prohibited items, or harassment
- Report abusive or fraudulent profiles
- Our team reviews reports under our Terms

Filters and keyword tools flag listings that may break policy.
- Risky listings held for review before they go live
- Ratings and reviews auto-flagged for violations

Community Standards
Clear rules for honest, respectful buying and selling.
- Prohibited items defined in our Prohibited Items policy
- Must be 18+ to register
- Cayman phone verification required to sell
Payment Security
Card payments go through bank partners with PCI DSS controls.
- Card data stays with payment partners — not stored on Link345
- Payments may be declined or held for fraud or AML checks
- PCI DSS v4.0 validated by SecurityMetrics (ASV)
Protecting Children
Link345 is for users 18+. We ban content harmful to children — including pornography, self-harm or eating-disorder content, and child exploitation. Filters prioritise these categories; illegal or harmful material is removed immediately. Report it via the Report button or trust@link345.ky.
Enforcement
If content breaks our Terms or Prohibited Items policy, we may:
- Remove or hide the listing or content
- Warn the user
- Limit account privileges (listings, selling)
- Suspend or permanently ban the account
- Report to law enforcement when required
Serious or repeat violations (counterfeits, fraud, illegal items, CSAM) can mean immediate permanent suspension with no warning.
Safety Guidelines
Before Meeting
- Check the seller's profile, ratings, and reviews
- Know the item's typical market value
- Ask for more photos or details if unclear
- Meet in a public place
During Transaction
- Meet somewhere well-lit and public
- Bring a friend for high-value items
- Inspect before you pay
- If it feels wrong, walk away
Payment Safety
- Use Link345 card checkout when offered
- Cash is safest for in-person deals
- Avoid wires and gift cards to strangers
- Keep receipts, confirmations, and messages
Red Flags
Suspicious Behaviour
- Asks for payment before showing the item
- Won't meet in person
- Pushes 'today only' urgency
- Price far below market value
Payment Red Flags
- Asks for wire transfers or gift cards
- Overpays, then asks for the difference back
- Odd payment methods or off-platform links
- Asks for personal banking details

Link345 meets PCI DSS as validated by SecurityMetrics (Approved Scanning Vendor). Card data is protected with bank-grade controls, regular scanning, and continuous monitoring.
